Refund Policy

Right of Return

You have the right to return your order within 30 days after receipt. This gives you sufficient time to assess whether the product meets your expectations.

For hygiene reasons, products such as underwear, socks, and similar items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Costs

Customer's Responsibility: The actual return costs are the customer's responsibility and must be paid directly to the transport company. This applies if the customer is dissatisfied with the product.

Average Costs: Return costs vary between $30 and $50 per product, depending on the country to which the product is returned.

Administration Fees: Administration fees may also apply and amount to $20 per product. These are the customer's responsibility.

Additional Costs: All potential costs arising in connection with the return, such as customs fees or other surcharges, are fully the customer's responsibility.

Return Address and Tracking Code

Mandatory Email Contact: Customers must contact us via email to obtain the return address, as it is not available elsewhere.

Mandatory Tracking: The use of a tracking code (Track & Trace) is mandatory for returns. A shipment without Track & Trace will result in no refund.

Product Condition for Return

New Condition Only: Only products in new condition can be returned. This means:

● Unopened in original packaging.

● Never used.

Sale Products: These cannot be returned.

Note: For hygiene reasons, underwear, socks, and similar items are exempt from the return policy.

Refund

Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 7 days after we have received and verified the returned shipment.

Payment Method: The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original order.

Cancellations

No Cancellations Allowed: An order cannot be canceled because it is processed immediately after being placed.

Unclaimed Packages

If a package is not picked up and returned to us, re-shipment is not possible. The customer is 100% responsible for all additional costs, including storage and return fees.

Policy Changes

We reserve the right to change our return and refund policy to comply with applicable legal requirements.
